Grandparents hailed from Tanjong Bungah, Penang and Telok Anson, Perak, respectively. Everyone in the extended family speaks Hokkien, be it the Penang, KL or Singapore variants, except me. However, assam laksa in Penang Road is a must everytime we pay the island a visit. Can't remember the kopitiam's name but there's this very famous chendol store and everyone knows it for its famous assam laksa.
My fiance is Cheng, from the state of Cik Siti Wan Kembang, speaks funny Kelate Hokkien at home. A bachelor of commerce in accounting, freshly graduated. It's a she and a bachelor... weird huh ? hahaha. Recently requested for her picture to be taken down from the blog, but lamented me for that after I followed her instructions. Probably this is what you call "Damned if you do, damned if you don't"...
I have a lovely emotional and hopelessly romantic meimei Lyn, who is supposed to be studying in Kolej Universiti Kejuruteraan & Teknologi Malaysia (UTEC) but currently trying out her luck as a troubleshooter in his uncle's programming company, laying her fingers on Mindef and Petronas contracts, among others.

Spend my leisure time reading Louis Cha's martial arts novel, The Legendary Swordsman (笑傲江湖), one that I love most (and the only completely completed so far). Trying to upload the whole book into this blog but so far only the first chapter is done. It's so addictive that sometimes I just ignore blogging for days.
